River Hills Church is passionate about serving the world both at home and abroad. We have a ton of mission’s opportunities. Here are some ongoing projects:

1. Serving as a Sunday volunteer with one of our partnering church plants.
2. Serving as a volunteer at the Mobile Food Pantry which is held the last Thursday of every month in the Holly Hill Mall shopping center.

Food 2 Kids

River Hills Church is working in partnership with the North GA Food Bank to package and supply weekend meals to kids in the Barrow County School System. Volunteers are needed September 6-7, 2011, from 2-5 p.m. at our administrative offices to help package and prepare weekend meals for the month of September for the F2K program.

MONTHLY MISSIONS:

Each month, River Hills Church is involved somewhere somehow sharing the love of Christ through serving others. Previous monthly missions include:

1. Raising school supplies for children at Bethlehem Elementary School.
2. Providing food at Thanksgiving for children and families of Kennedy Elementary School.
3. Working with Barrow Co. DFCS to provide Christmas gifts for foster care children.
4. For the month of April 2011, we will be serving as the Church of the Month in partnership with Barrow Benevolence Ministries.
